Home buying
The first step in this process will be a buyer consultation with me over zoom. You’ll book a time in my calendar then I’ll send you a pre-consultation email & questionnaire. During this call, we will talk through any questions you have, what the process looks like from start to finish, and what your next steps will be.
Home Selling
This starts with…you guessed it, a consultation! We will take some time to talk through exactly what steps are required to sell your home, what documents you need, what work you need to do before listing, while the house is active, and what to do while under contract. I am all about expectation setting and selling your home is work - but it will be worth it when you make the most money from your home sale.
Leasing
Maybe you’re not ready to commit to owning your own home - I fully respect & appreciate that! I would be happy to help you navigate renting a home, negotiating the lease, & getting you into a space that suits your needs!
